The FWIS includes minimum pay rates for non-award employees as well as information on minimum rights and entitlements and protection from discrimination and other workplace action.Download the updated FWIS, effective 1 July 2021.
Just a reminder thatEmployers also must provide a Fair Work Casual Employment Information Statement (CEIS) to casual employees in addition to the Fair Work Information Statement before, or as soon as possible after, they start their new job.
